Douglas M. Yeaman<\/b> is a respected systems analyst and leading expert in management and organizational development. His educational background is in physics and mathematics. As founder of Quantum Management Systems, he has spent more than fifty years advising hundreds of companies and training tens of thousands of professionals.<\/p>

He began his consulting career in Zurich with a major international management consulting firm and later joined senior colleagues in London to launch a new enterprise, working with organizations such as British Leyland, Rank Xerox, Barclays Financial, and The Times.<\/i> During this period, he continued his studies at the London School of Economics. Known for designing high performance systems, he introduced people positive accountability support systems and created the Vertically Integrated Accountability System.
