Quantum Management Systems
Principle aligned intention determines outcome.
THE CODE TO DOING WHAT WORKS©

Understand the Principles. Shape what happens next.

We live in an information field alive with possibility – a responsive system that reacts to intention, aligns with principle, and supports outcomes that improve the quality of life. This isn’t abstract theory; it’s the architecture we’re already operating in. When we engage it with clarity and purpose, the field meets us. When we don’t, it simply reflects the patterns we’re reinforcing.

Real change begins with managing yourself inside this reality. Every choice either strengthens or disrupts the direction you’re going in. When intention aligns with principle, you stop reacting to circumstances and start shaping them. Accountability keeps you consistent. Vision gives your actions structure.

And once this clicks, everything shifts. Outcomes stop feeling random. You see that your thinking, choices, and actions are the levers — and the field responds.

Building High Performance Organizations

Quantum Management Systems is a performance consulting firm built on a simple truth: principle aligned intention determines outcomes. We help organizations create clarity, strengthen alignment, and operate as high performance systems by grounding their work in three governing principles – accountability, commitment, and vision.

Our approach is industry agnostic and rooted in how people and systems actually function. When leaders and teams align intention with principle, they stop reacting to circumstances and begin shaping them. Accountability becomes the mechanism that keeps action consistent with desired outcomes. Commitment becomes the engine that drives meaningful progress. Vision becomes the organizing force that turns possibility into direction.

QMS programs are practical, experiential, and designed to elevate effectiveness at every level of an organization. We teach leaders and teams how to manage themselves, communicate with clarity, build trust, and create relationships that reduce friction and accelerate results.

Across industries, Quantum Management Systems is known for turning organizations into high performance systems—where accountability drives action, commitment fuels progress, and productivity becomes predictable.

The Code to Doing What Works™

The Code to Doing What Works™ begins with a simple premise: principles govern outcomes. Every outcome is produced by actions that align with the principles shaping it. The more precisely our intentions and behaviors match the principles behind the results we want, the more empowered and effective we become.

The corollary: all stress, struggle, and conflict arise from acting inconsistent with the principles that govern our intended outcome. When our actions are at variance with the principles required to create the outcome we want, resistance appears. When our actions align, momentum builds.

Alignment empowers. Misalignment creates stress, struggle, and conflict. This is the foundation of the Quantum Management Systems framework and the basis for building high performance organizations.

We live in a reality grounded in an information field that responds to intention and rewards alignment with its underlying principles. This field is not neutral or random — it favors coherence, complexity, and outcomes that enhance life when we engage it with clarity and consistency.

Making it work requires deliberate participation. By aligning intention with principle, being accountable to clear commitments, and expressing vision to organize action, we shift from reacting to circumstances to actively shaping them. The power to create meaningful results comes from managing ourselves within the field’s principles — not from trying to control the field itself.

Meet Doug Yeaman

Douglas M. Yeaman is a respected systems analyst and leading expert in management and organizational development. His educational background is in physics and mathematics. As founder of Quantum Management Systems, he has spent more than fifty years advising hundreds of companies and training tens of thousands of professionals.

He began his consulting career in Zurich with a major international management consulting firm and later joined senior colleagues in London to launch a new enterprise, working with organizations such as British Leyland, Rank Xerox, Barclays Financial, and The Times. During this period, he continued his studies at the London School of Economics. Known for designing high performance systems, he introduced people positive accountability support systems and created the Vertically Integrated Accountability System. His work in applied General Systems Theory has helped organizations strengthen leadership, improve performance, and increase profitability.

Yeaman’s work has also been shaped by collaboration with world class scientists, researchers, and thought leaders across multiple disciplines. Combined with his own extensive studies in systems theory, physics, organizational behavior, and applied research, these relationships informed the development of his master class frameworks, culminating in The What Works Code and The Science of Causing Outcomes. These works synthesize decades of inquiry into how principles, intention, and human systems interact to produce consistent, high performance results.

His work is grounded in a testable, evidence based framework for diagnosing problems, improving decisions, and influencing outcomes in any domain. The What Works Code invites readers to experiment, apply the principles, and generate their own evidence. With clear explanations, real world examples, and tools that can be used immediately, it helps individuals and organizations cut through assumptions and work directly with the principles that govern results.

With early roots in physics and mathematics, Yeaman built his first computers before age ten and later founded and sold a soft drink company to a Fortune 500 firm at twenty three. His career includes work with global leaders, major corporations, and civic initiatives, including the Soviet American Citizen Summit and the nonprofit At-Choice.

A national speaker, he has presented alongside Buckminster Fuller, Barbara Marx Hubbard, and Dr. Jerry Jampolsky, and continues to advise senior executives at leading corporations. His clients have included IBM, Xerox, Wells Fargo, Clear Channel, Prudential, NBC, and the Union Tribune Corporation. Yeaman is the author of The Power of Commitment, a contributor to Einstein’s Business, and the creator of The What Works Code: The Science of Causing Outcomes. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to building high performance systems and empowering people to achieve exceptional results.

When you see the principles behind events, the world stops being mysterious and starts being workable.

The What Works Code© – The Book

The What Works Code reveals the principles that drive results in every area of life. Built on decades of scientific inquiry, systems thinking, and real world application, it offers a clear and practical way to understand how outcomes are created—and how consciousness, intention, and action shape what happens next. Grounded in evidence rather than motivation, it provides a reliable, repeatable framework for diagnosing problems, improving decisions, and producing measurable results.

Built on breakthroughs in consciousness research and the science of information, it challenges outdated assumptions and offers a practical, usable way to understand reality—and make what works, work. It explains why aligned intentions and behaviors generate momentum and better outcomes, while misalignment leads to stress, struggle, and conflict.

Every principle in the book can be tested and verified—both through empirical evidence and through your own experience—so you can prove its validity for yourself.

The What Works Code gives you a practical system for recognizing misalignment early, correcting it quickly, and bringing your choices, commitments, and actions into alignment with what actually works. With clear explanations, real world examples, and tools you can use immediately, it helps you stop guessing and start producing consistent, high quality results in both personal and professional life.

This is a practical guide for anyone ready to think clearly, act deliberately, and produce better results through disciplined alignment with the principles that govern outcomes.
